Hello there :) my name is Heather, I'm a junior in highschool, and this is my fitness journey. I am a runner, a surfer, an ex-gymnast and student of kung fu (planning on going back), and an aspiring yogi. I've always been skinny, and I've always been very into sports, but after many,many injuries I've lost my fitness. So this isn't about me being or loosing x amount pounds, it's just me trying to be my best!
